Queen size bed in the first bedroom, plus two full size beds (bunk beds) and a double bed in the second bedroom. Wi-fi, streaming TV and all utilities included (electric billed separately). Washer/dryer provided. Access to resort in-ground pool (opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day), horse shoe pits, walking trails, volleyball and basketball court. A short walk to our cove at Lake James with boat access! Very private home with quiet back yard. Small pet allowed with a $250 nonrefundable pet deposit, plus $35/month. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Close to Lake James State Park with lots of hiking trails to enjoy. Asheville is 30 minutes away. Very close to Marion Moose Lodge with private entrance for members ! Short term nightly rentals are also available for this home.
